Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using all services (the "Services") provided at https://www.findlatlng.org/ (the "Website").

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • 1. "Member" means a person who has signed up to use the Services of the Website.
  • 2. "Non-member" means a person who uses the Services without signing up.
  • 3. "User" means a person who uses the Services of the Website without signing up.
  • 4. "Post" means any text, photos, videos, or other information posted by a Member while using the Services.

Article 3 (Collection and Use of Personal Information)

  • 1. The Website collects the user's IP address.
  • 2. Personal information collected will not be used for any purpose other than providing and managing the Services.

Article 4 (Ownership and Copyright of Posts)

  • 1. Ownership of all posts on the board belongs to the Website.
  • 2. By posting on the board, the User is deemed to have assigned the copyright of the post to the Website.

Article 5 (Management and Deletion of Posts)

  • 1. Posts may be blocked or deleted at the administrator's discretion without prior notice.
  • 2. If a post is blocked or deleted, the User may not raise an objection thereto.

Article 6 (Limitation of Liability)

  • 1. The Website is exempt from liability for the provision of Services if it is unable to provide the Services due to acts of God or equivalent force majeure.
  • 2. The Website shall not be liable for any failure to use the Services caused by reasons attributable to the User.
  • 3. The Website exercises maximum care regarding the reliability and accuracy of information, materials, and facts posted by Users in connection with the Services, but does not assume full responsibility.

Article 7 (Restrictions on Service Use)

  • 1. If a User violates the obligations of these Terms or interferes with the normal operation of the Services, the Website may restrict use of the Services through warnings, suspension, or permanent termination.
  • 2. In cases of identity theft, payment fraud, or violations of copyright or computer program protection laws, the Website may immediately impose permanent termination of use.

Article 8 (Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information)

  • 1. Administrative measures: Establishment and implementation of an internal management plan.
  • 2. Technical measures: Access control to personal information, encryption of unique identification information, installation of security programs, and so on.
  • 3. Physical measures: Access control and use of locking devices for areas where personal information is stored.

Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)

  • 1. The laws of the Republic of Korea shall apply to disputes regarding use of the Services arising between the Website and the User.
  • 2. Lawsuits regarding disputes between the Website and the User shall be brought before the Seoul Central District Court as the court of jurisdiction.

Article 10 (Miscellaneous)

  • 1. Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by relevant laws and customary practice.
  • 2. These Terms are effective as of June 19, 2024.
